Art: Dr Percy [Inception]

Several months ago I drew a couple of little sketches of university student Eames and his hot lecturer from the roleplay that occurs in bauble's upcoming Sex Bucket chapter, and I rather fancied redoing Arthur properly with colour and his grey hair and also the eyes at a slightly more realistic proportion to the rest of him.

So here he is, and even better than this is a lovely new chapter that's just gone up! Screw working on my numerous WIPs or proofreading my end-of-year report, I'm spending my evening reading about kinky sex, feelings, and hopefully Eames finding lots of new and creative ways to be an asshole.

And a bonus: a quick little coloured sketch of another character also appearing in this chapter who hopefully resembles Eames a little bit (though I'm sure Eames wishes she doesn't). Did you know how easy Tom Hardy's features are to transfer onto a female face? The answer is very.

Oh, you have no idea how much I wanted to see grey-Arthur as I was reading bauble's fic! This is truly wonderful.
And wow!! T is just perfect! <3 Eames is such a pretty boy, of course... :D

Okay, am back.

I love silver fox Arthur. He is even more stunning in your illustration than in my mind, and his outfit is perfection. His glasses, his smoldering, serious stare! I swoon every time I look at him. I also enjoy the minimalist background wash you used behind him.

Tansy could not be more perfect. It's like you reached into my mind and brought her to life as I envisioned. She's lovely and girlish and has such pretty hair (I wish my hair looked like that!) and the absolute bane of Eames' existence but the highlight of mine.

Well, glad to have fulfilled that want! :D I was having a hard time picturing Arthur with grey hair (because JGL is just so ridiculously youthful-looking) but once I got halfway through it it was... oh yeah, Arthur looks good! Thank you for your comment!

Arthur in his tortoiseshell glasses and glenplaid jacket has been in my head for months now, ever since I came up with that little sketch while on holiday. He was a great fun to try drawing again (well, until I got to the glenplaid pattern...) and you have totally sold me on an older Arthur with grey hair - it's extremely attractive!

Heh, I feel like all I did with Tansy was draw young Tom Hardy, add long dark hair and darker skin! She hit the jackpot when it came to genetics, at least there's that to console her.
