I was wondering why my epic painting marathon was making me all lightheaded and dizzy. Then I checked the time and figured it was probably because it was 9pm and all I'd eaten today was a cup of tea and a whole box of chocolate biscuits. Does this mean I can justify eating a massive serving of strawberries, sugar and cream? Why yes it does! :D
Anyway, the companion piece to the one I finished a few weeks ago is done, and even though they're nothing that spectacular or original, I am SO GODDAMN PLEASED with how they turned out. Sorry to tease you all, but I won't be posting them up here as I've offered them to someone. But I have to show something off because I hate keeping stuff under wraps (aye, I like instant feedback to inflate my ego), so I had a dig through my Abandoned folder and thought I'd amuse you guys with the stuff from the last couple of years that I got partway through before storming off in a massive sulk and refusing to touch them again.

And onto the next humongous painting - breaks are for sissies. I'm also thinking of starting an alphabet challenge - one artwork for each letter. Me, overambitious?
