Oh Esca/Marcus painting, why are you turning into a vast epic work of epicness that will take me the best part of this year to finish? If it wasn't looking so awesome I would probably give up and go paint kittens and shit.

There, now I've announced how pleased I am with how it's turning out, I'll probably do something like accidentally overwrite the file.

ETA: fuck me, I think this is the first time I've drawn a hand without wanting to put my own through the computer screen. Shame I don't feel the same way about the other three in the picture.

I am feeling old. I've realised my white hairs are spreading from above my ears to everywhere else, and it's getting obvious and so is time to begin many years of dying my hair- oh god I'm only 26. Curse my mother and the genetic material I inherited from her.

I'm going to go slightly reddish to start off with, and eventually work my way up to more vivid and offensive colours.

You know what also makes me feel old? Having to check what year a film of Jamie Bell's was made in, and then working out if it's acceptable for me to have filthy thoughts. I'm so ashamed of myself.

If you're talking about the army AU, would it help spur you on if I mentioned I've had a Roman uniform kink since I was 6 years old (thanks, Asterix) and had planned to paint Marcus in his delightful centurion kit next anyway, and the one thing that's better than one of the boys in armour is... well, you're a smart girl, I'm sure you can figure that out.

I need to find a good tutorial for painting a starry sky quickly (I am bloody well not painting stars individually), because the image for V is forming and is getting impatient. It's not that porny, but there is uh, titties and suggestiveness?

Er... approximately 1/55th. I told you it was a monster. But it's not like many people are going to be interested in more than the bit in the centre.

Oh god, now I'm feeling under pressure. Lower your expectations before I have a panic attack! You'll all have to promise to make nice lying noises even if it turns out embarrassingly awful.

I may, uh, HAVE A LITTLE OBSESSION with Esca pulling/petting/touching Marcus's hair, so. That 1/55th is very very relevant to my interests. *shiftyeyes*

There is no way it could turn out embarrassingly awful--your art is all so amazing (and kind of makes me want to give up on picking up drawing again because...yeah, there is no way I could do the kind of stuff you do. Probably better to just keep writing instead; it seems more attainable). But I shall try to lower my expectations to "REALLY STUNNING" instead of "KILL ME DED," okay?

Cheesecake was... not very much like normal cheesecake but still interesting. Like soft baked cheese with honey - a bit too floury-tasting, but that was probably my fault for using wholegrain.

Okay okay, I shall try not to feel too guilty, but if I ever start lusting after say, the next Robert Pattinson, you must promise to beat me severely.

What makes it weird for me is that as long as I can remember, I've only been attracted to men so much older than myself (Christopher Lee? Would so do him, and then afterwards I'd call him an ambulance), so going from that to men my age is... a bit strange. I shall console myself with the fact that I find grown-up Jamie Bell much more of a turn on than jailbait Jamie Bell.

That hand is incredibly good. Being a non-artist, I can't say much, but I would imagine that both Liam and Ewan's hands would be incredibly difficult to do. I mean draw.

I'm not familiar enough with Jamie Bell's or the other guy's (though I do *heart* Jamie Bell). But I do know that Ewan's hands are confoundingly perfect. And I'm kinda drunk.

You're not old sweeting. A splash of white hair here and there is sexy.

Any hands are difficult, but I swear less when they belong to someone pretty I can leer at while hunting for reference images.

The sexy white hair has been dyed, it's sort of a dark brown that looks slightly reddish/purple in the light. I figured if I'm going to go to the hassle and expense of dying it, it might as well be noticeable.
